Our hair is 100% Virgin unprocessed hair which means it should be treated as your own.

Pre-Install: We highly suggest co-washing your virgin hair, especially if it is curly or wavy, before installation. Co-washing is a term for "conditioner-only washing." This means skipping shampoo and relying solely on conditioner. When co-washing your hair, make sure to use a moisturizing conditioner to wash with. We recommend using Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Conditioner for this treatment. Rinse the hair with cold water thoroughly, let the hair air dry and then get ready to install!

Daily Maintenance: To maintain your hair wash your hair with sulfate free products. (Products that contain sulfate are very damaging and extremely drying to the hair.) Remember to use very minimal styling products and AVOID alcohol-based products. Minimal heat will give longer life to your hair extensions. When your hair is wet, ensure that you comb thoroughly to detangle starting from the ends to the scalp. In order to prevent shedding of your closure, please refrain from using any gel or alcohol-based products when installing. In addition, you can decrease shedding by reducing the amount of hair care products used or dirt build up on the base of the closure.

Curly & Wavy Hair: Curly hair requires a lot more maintenance than other hair textures may need. For curly and wavy hair, we recommend using a leave in conditioner. Our highly recommended leave in conditioner product is the Silicon Bamboo Deep Conditioner Treatment. To maintain your curly hair at night, you can purchase the Brittny 6pcs 1/4" Flexible Rods. We suggest wearing your hair up in a "pineapple” style ponytail. Do not comb curly or wavy hair with a brush. This will cause a frizz and matted mess. We prefer using a wide tooth comb starting from the bottom of the hair working your way up. Always keep in mind that the more heat that you use the harder it is to get your hair back to its natural curl or wave pattern.
