Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

WE DO NOT OFFER refunds. Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at support@c3hairimports.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping. Shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It will take 3-5 business days to process your order. It will take an additional 2-4 business days for your order to deliver. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. We CANNOT guarantee Saturday delivery. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Saturday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

COVID DISCLAIMER: Due to COVID, our processing times have changed. We now ask that you purchase your hair up to three weeks in advance of you needing it. In some cases, orders may take up to 14 business days to process. Our RAW collection is currently experiencing the longest delays. Please take note of this prior to checking out.

Q: How long does your Virgin Hair extensions last?

Our 100% Virgin hair can last up to a year with proper care and treatment. It is all dependent on how you upkeep the product. See our Hair Care section or further details.

Q: How often should I wash and conditioner my virgin hair?

You should not wash your virgin hair daily because it can cause your hair to dry out from all of its natural oils. Washing your once a week is highly recommended. Although, this method is not needed if you are NOT using hair oils such as Argon Oil, Morrocon Oil, etc.

Q: Can I apply oil to my extensions?

Natural hair oils such as Morrocon and Argon oils are recommended, but NOT for daily usage. You should only oil your hair one time during usage. Constant use of oils will weigh your hair down causing an oily synthetic look. 

Q: Can I use styling products on my Virgin Hair Extensions?

 Yes you can. This is also something that should NOT be used on a daily basis. 

Q: Can I color my hair extensions?

Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin unprocessed hair that can be dyed to your desire.

Q: What color are the hair extensions?

C3HairImports 100% virgin unprocessed hair comes in a natural black/brown color. But once the hair arrives to you, you can process and dye the hair as you desire.

Q: Can I straighten or curl my hair extensions

Yes, your virgin hair extensions can be straightened, curl and style as you desire. Please beware that over heating your hair can cause damage (like your real hair), so we do not recommend using straighteners and curling irons everyday. In addition, please keep in mind that straightening your curly or wavy hair textures can result in your hair loosing its natural hair texture.

Q: Can I swim in my hair extensions?

Yes you can. After your swim, please make sure to wash out your extensions thoroughly using Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Shampoo and Conditioner.

Q: How many bundles will I need for a full head installation?

Although many people would rather use 3 or more bundles, only 2 bundles are required to fill an entire head. 

Q: Which is the best shampoo and conditioner to use for my virgin hair?

We recommend using Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Shampoo and Conditioner. But, for your curly and wavy hair textures you will want to use Silicon Bamboo Deep Conditioner Treatment.
